Didn't come in time, the engraving looked sloppy. When the product wasn't delivered on time I was told free shipping, my receipt showed I paid for shipping. I was told they needed to redo the product because it wasn't to their standard. Upon receiving the engraved clock, the engraving looked sloppy. It seems the company shipped the poor quality clock and then charged me shipping and took 28 days from order date to be delivered. Unsatisfied with product and delivery.
