We contacted Personalization Mall and they are redoing the order. They didn’t understand what could have happen since they are supposed to be magnetic. The only logical explanation is they had a bad batch of material that didn’t have the magnetic backing applied correctly. They were immediately willing to make things right. They are a company that stands behind their products and correct issues hassle free.
