I received excellent phone support in using the online system to place my time critical order. The vase is heavy and very attractive. Engraving done exactly as requested. I do wonder if engraving option could be offered with colored engraving so it is more noticeable than clear etching.

This vase is absolutely stunning. Way better than I was expecting. It’s very heavy which is a plus. The only issue is I wish the size of the bottom part of the etching was reversed with the size of the top etching. Other than that I love it. Another plus plus is it’s made in Germany.
