The first item we received was incorrect. It was obvious that we received someone else's personalized item. However, after a short phone call, I was told they would reprint my order and rush it. I received it before expected. So very satisfied that they corrected the mistake in a timely manner. And the resulting product was very well done.

This board came out beautiful! I am very impressed. I've been shopping with Personalization Mall for many, many years, and almost everything has exceeded expectations.

The wood burnt names on my cutting board are very pretty but it's so light, you can barely read the names

This beautiful bamboo cutting board with the couples names & wedding date will be both beautifully displayed & a useful in their kitchen for years to come. The engraved names are in an elegant script and easy to read. I love it and know the couple will too!

The cutting board is beautiful but it only came shipped in a cardboard box and had two small dents on the side. Should have been in bubble wrap to help protect. But over all beautiful.

The letters are very faint and splotchy in spots. The board is great and the shipping speed was amazing, but the engraving was the important thing. :-/
