First off, it was super easy to customize my locket. And the shipping was very quick. The quality is superb and does not feel cheap but it is also lightweight. I love that there is clear plastic inside that's removeable to help protect the photos inside. The only downside is only having very limited font options.However, I recommend to anyone looking for a cute simple locket
