Purchased this for my boyfriend for Christmas. I absolutely love it. The product looks so much better than the actual picture. Great quality for a fair price. I chose to have both sides engraved. The front looks amazing but the back not so much. The edges around the lettering is very rough as if the machine had a difficult time getting through the metal especially with the “e”. That is why I gave 4 stars and not 5. Overall satisfied with the product and would recommend.

You would think at $35 they would be in a small box, not a ziploc bag.

The quality of the keychain is great. I’m disappointed, however, that the customer cannot edit the size of the font. The name I had engraved on the front of the keychain is a short name and ended up extremely small for the overall look. When ordering the same item in the store, the size was always perfect. Unfortunately, it is not possible to order in store anymore. But online orders should offer a way to change the size of the font. I was very disappointed that this was not possible.
