Item arrived quickly and was very nice. Personalization was correct. Item is not as heavy as I imagined, which I appreciate, but I worry if it will not stand up on its own well in the garden bed. But pleased with purchase overall; would likely purchase again

I love the product!! I ordered this as a gift for my mother for her birthday. My only issue is that there was a clear discrepancy in the engraving and I was never contacted. Again, I understand that it was my fault and I should’ve been more vigilante, but I just wish someone would’ve reached out to me to clear up the issue. The birth month was November (for the flower) and the complete birthdate ended up being February, which was a misprint on my part. Would’ve been nice if someone reached out.

Quality is decent, engraving looks perfect. It is a little lighter than expected.

I expected the rock to be at least wider on the bottom so it stands up better. I figured it'd be hollow and lightweight resin to make it cheap to ship, but it's poorly designed for standing up outside. The colors of the flowers are not as vivid as the photo, but the lettering looks great! Flowers are beautiful, just expected deeper colors. Happy I bought it, but would rather pay $10 more for something more sturdy and designed better.

Very pretty but very small for the price!

Stone was heavier and sturdier than I expected so that was nice. It’s a good product for the price. Only issue is the words are way too small and very hard to read. They should use a bigger font. There is plenty of space to use a bigger font. One of the “e” ‘s came out looking like a “c” because of an ink issue I can tell the ink came off or smeared during printing.

Disappointed in the quality. The stone is very cheap and very light weight.

Actual product looks and feels very cheap, is hollow, and the flowers are quite blurry.

Very disappointed. The product description led me to believe that it was real stone. It seems to be made of cheap plastic. For almost 50.00 I was embarrassed to give it to my wife.

This item is very light weight and falls right over. There is a small hole at the bottom. It looks like you can fill it with water or sand but it did not come with a stopper. I contacted customer service to obtain a stopper. I thought maybe it was lost in the shipping process but it does not come with one. Customer service with this company is 0/10. I tried to return it because I wanted a standing stone but they only take product credit and I would have to get the same stone. Highly disappointed.

I ordered A Mother’s Day gift before Mother’s Day to be mailed to my mother. She got someone else’s Mother’s Day gift. They then wanted me to upload a picture and then send the order number which I did. No email back. I had to call them to find out what was going on and apparently the item is out of stock so I cannot get a replacement. They only offered me a refund. They should’ve offered a lot more. Do not use this company it is unreliable.
