I love the ornament as it’s a symbol of our special day. My only issue was it’s oval shaped instead of round. So it’s flatter than I imagined, but still beautiful.

Nicer than I expected. Agree with other reviews, the font is a bit disproportionate for the names compared to the Happily Ever After. Otherwise love it!

The wedding cake ornament is very pretty. I would have given it 5 stars but the engraving is a little off center. I ordered two of them. One was perfect the other off center.

The personalization is accurate but the names and date are a lighter, almost gray, color that does not match the "happily every after" black color. The ornament itself is a bit heavy. With all that said, it is a very cute ornament that I will be gifting to my recently wed niece and her husband.

I love the ornament, however, I wish the lettering for Happily Ever After wasn't crooked. I don't have time to send back for a new one. It's not god awful, but it's noticeable to me and it's a wedding present.

We originally loved the idea of a wedding cake as our first ornament as a married couple. Love that our names and date were engraved in. I probably would’ve preferred a different font than the ones used on the bottom tier. The second tier had like a smudge of scraped white paint on it which is why I gave 4 instead of 5. It isn’t perfect but I love it.

The quality and printing were very good.Loved it as a piece to add to a wedding gift but unfortunately, it arrived broken. I called customer service rep Omega who responded by email immediately.I attached a photo and replied.Quickly I received a response that it is now out of stock until Aug 2022 so they will be crediting my card back for the full amount.Not the response I wanted, but completely understandable since it is Dec. and it is a 2021 dated ornament. Excellent service. Will order again.

Very nice looking ornament

I would have given this 5 stars however the names are a little off center and I noticed it right away. I would love to have another made but I’m afraid it won’t arrive in time. Other than that, it is a very pretty ornament.

It was much smaller than ot looked like in the preview picture. It was supposed to be 5 by 5 but it was much smaller than.

Personalization Size Of Print Too Small For Standing Out??Overall ornament nice in size. Need a supported tree branch to hang, heavy.

Happily ever after had a pink background which I didn’t expect or like.

This ornament arrived broken in half. It was a clean break so I was able to glue it back together but I was disappointed it wasn't packaged better to avoid this from happening.

The heart was broken from the top of the cake. The ornament is beautiful but we had to super glue the heart back on and are hoping it stays attached! Poor packaging was the problem not in a box just a bag envelope.
