The personalization of this item is perfect. Customer Service is amazing. My first frame arrived and the inscription, not the personalization, was offf center and difficult to read. I contacted customer service through the website and they were extremely efficient in issuing a new frame. They had the best customer service I have received online.

Frame is cheap tabs loose coming out so matting loose date on bottom couldn't see was too low planning on buy new frame to fit better.

The frame was scratched upon arrival. I notified customer service, and received a response within an hour or two, and resolution the next day. The print is beautiful, and will make a great wedding gift! I have ordered several items in the past.
