I purchased this as a wedding gift to my nephew and his bride, and when they received it, they thanked me and said that they loved it!

I loved the gift and everything except one was correct. They left a period off of a statement in the card. But I still loved everything.

Overall I really liked it

This frame is absolutely beautiful. The lettering is amazing and the design is just beautiful, I just wish it came in a bigger size. Two drawbacks though, they don't allow enough characters for a good message and I'd have like the glass to be a little thicker, even if it costs more. It's very fragile

Please make the frame bigger so a bigger photo can be used.

I'm only giving it 4 stars because it's hard to read the writing unless you place it on a shelf with a dark background, but otherwise, beautiful frame.

The frame is very nice. Engraving came out clear and looks good. I gave one less star because the gold around the frame had a few scratches on it. I was not happy to see that as it is a wedding gift!

I love this frame! I purchased it for my son’s upcoming wedding. It arrived broken. I called and got an immediate replacement in less than 24 hours. Awesome! I can’t wait to receive the new frame and give it to the happy couple! The only reason I didn’t give it a perfect 5, is the frame doesn’t come with any support or a stand.

I loved the quality of the frame, but sadly, it is VERY difficult to see the engraving. One would have to hope the recipients would place the frame against a darker background like depicted on the website. I had to totally unwrap it to make sure PM didn't forget to etch it and sent it blank!

Just buyer beware.

I’ve ordered these numerous times and had great deliveries for them all but this time was very disappointing. It came with the corner broken into pieces. I even paid the most expedited shipping to get it in time but since it came broken, I could no longer use it and now I don’t have a nice and thoughtful gift to give, instead I’ll have to find some other generic gift….

Need better packaging. Was received broken to pieces
