A corner was scuffed up & the TINY screws had come out of the hinge that holds the piece that allows it to stand up. Very happy otherwise & I'm just going to repair it BUT I shouldn't have to. I see a lot of complaints about edges being damaged. Seems like a thin wrap within the box would prevent a lot of that. Can't imagine that would affect their " bottom line" as much as damaged returns.

Not really happy with this item. I can't for the life of me understand why someone would sell a gift picture frame with a PLASTIC photo cover instead of glass. And the ribbon that's supposed to prop it up is too long so it doesn't sit up. Debating if I'm actually going to give this as a gift to my friends I got it for. 3 stars bc the font is nice and the shipping time was adequate.

I bought this item for a wedding gift. It was a nice item, but once received the back flap had a missing screw, which prevented the frame from standing and the date was engraved too low. I gave it to the couple anyway because it was too late for me to find a different gift. But like I said, the item itself was nice.

Very nice frame, however I was very disappointed that there wasn’t glass for over the photo, instead it was a cheap piece of plastic. For the price, it would have been nice for it to have been glass, like most frames

In the picture, it looks clean and fresh. What I received was a whitewashed frame, splotchy in spots, that does not look like something I would put a wedding picture in, it’s not elegant enough for that. Disappointing because the picture online is very deceiving. I CANNOT recommend this product.

While I love the look of this product, the first one I received, the arm was hanging with a screw missing, called customer service, very accomodating. Received the second one & this one, both screws missing. I will NOT order another one. I've ordered from this company for years & this is the worst experience I've had with any of their products. Never any problems in the past. I will continue to order from them. Maybe just a bad product.

It is fine, but not worth what I paid

The surface may have been supposed to be 'distressed' looking but it looked like it had been scratched/damaged in several places. It looks old & battered. I have ordered several frames from you that I have been very pleased with but this 1 was awful. I would have sent it back but it arrived on the day of the wedding & there wasn't time to return it.

Horizontal and the frame will not stand up. I am going to need to put something on the back to make it stand up correctly.

Again, this is not a quality gift that I want to give as a gift. I ordered it for my daughter's wedding present.

I'm upset that this is a plastic piece of thin frosty color instead of clear for the photo, which really is aggravating. Also the backing is cut out and no way to put glass in unless you put a whole new back on it or cut a small piece of glass to fit in a small window.I'm still giving it to a dear friend for her wedding but with a sad heart.
