Created a mug for my Mom for Mother’s Day from her Mom and her son (my brother) who are both in Heaven.

Absolutely beautiful! I checked with several companies and previews showed the picture was cut off. This had the entire picture on a very sturdy, pretty mug.It was delivered quickly too. This is a Mother's Day gift for my grandson to give his mom. She will love it!

I ordered 10 copies of this mug for an upcoming class reunion. They turned out really nice, with a picture of the high school on one side and text on the other. One mug had some scratches, and the company promptly sent me a replacement. I then ordered another 6 copies, and all were perfect.

We have bought this product regularly over the year as gifts for many different family occasions. It is a usable family keepsake and brings a smile to the user whenever they have their morning coffee!

My sister sent me this mug for my birthday and I loved it. I went on their website and bought two more for friends that we were going to visit on holiday. Then I bought 5 more for more friends. I take pictures a lot. I think we all take pictures and just keep them on our phones and do nothing with them most of the time. I love the idea of taking these moments and putting them on something as simple as a mug and reminding someone how important they are to us. It is a beautiful gift.

I lost my wife to cancer a couple of months ago. I had a mug made up with her picture on one side and reminder to me on the other. This way I can still have coffee with her memory every day.
The mug is not cheaply made.

I am giving a great review, even though the coffee mug came broken.
The company was so nice so apologetic and are replacing it ASAP.
The mug is for a family member visiting from another country. It has a picture of our whole family on it in her name in the back.
I was a little disappointed when I opened it but after talking to a rep from the company, they were so nice and made it right.
I hope when people items that this company packages them a lot better

My personalized mug came damaged. It was in 50 pieces at least. I am giving you five stores because I called and they were replacing it immediately. That is good customer service, and I will purchase from his company again.
