Beautiful Customer service great - I realized I had made a very small mistake in the personalization details and I immediately emailed them and they changed it for me. When I recieved it, it was lovely. Came out exactly as I imagined, great quality, and my fiance loved it! Definately gonna treasure it for years to come.

The only criticism I could make was The picture wasnt super clear but I wasn’t disappointed at all; The price was wonderful & it was just a pic from a smart phone so it may have been due to that. So over all 5 stars for sure! Great price for such a sweet personal ornament to cherish for ever... hopefully for life ( btw I did drop this hanging it on the tree and I was terrified to look down thinking it had to have broke, nope. Perfect. So again. Great quality )

Great gift ideas By Shopper (Saratoga Springs, NY) - December 5, 2018 I love Personalization Mall (PM). Always such great gift ideas. I've spent several hundred on personalized gifts at PM this year -- a good portion of my Christmas shopping.
I would give them 5 stars but getting photos to fit properly is quite frustrating. Other places where I've purchased personalized gifts has been less difficult and the company did the photoshopping for you. They adjusted the picture to fit for you. Because I'm not a photoshop person, there have been some gifts i gave up on.

Perfect! I purchased this ornament for my son and my future daughter in law, as they just got engaged over the summer. I used a picture from their Facebook announcement, and it turned out perfect. The colors were great. I liked the size and ability to personalize it makes it a perfect ornament to commemorate this occasion. I choose the matte finish and larger size. I know they will enjoy receiving this gift.
