I ordered this same ornament last year and was thicker than the one I just ordered. Was disappointed that it was not the same quality.

It was a bit thinner than I expected so I would offer that the thicker one would be more ideal the next time.

Writing hard to see

Was beautiful, but very smudged. A cleaning cloth was provided, but wasn't very effective. However, the recipient had lost her partner unexpectedly, so loved it. I purchased the holder and as it is a tear drop, was not Christmas-specific so will be sitting out for display always.

Disappointedly Smaller than expected. Hard to see.

These are very nice. I hope they like them. I purchased two for a friend and her daughter.

Good purchase. Came as ordered. A bit thiner than it appears in picture, but not enough to stop me from purchasing again. Very nice gift!

The writing is a little hard to read

It was done up very nicely . Print was very clear and nice. Only problem I had was the thickness of the product. I have several glass ornaments and non are as thick as this one.

Turned out nice, but ornament is thinner than expected and appears fairly fragile.

Ornaments were beautiful and the personalization was great. I was a little disappointed with the width of the ornament as it seemed a little thinner than what was pictured on the website.

I ordered this as a memorial for my children’s father. I do love the look but I’m disappointed with the etching being so light against the clear glass. It needs to be a dark color. Otherwise it’s very nice

The ornament is pretty. I didn't realize it was flat from the picture. I would have liked a little more depth to it, but it is fine.

I love the idea of the clear glass ornaments for occasions and that they can be sent directly to the recipient. There is one thing that takes away from the gift and that is the "made in China" sticker on it. You order a beautiful, elegant ornament and it looks tacky with the sticker. When I've received the ornament first and been able to remove the sticker it makes a big difference in appearance.

Mom-Mom is smiling from heaven. She is watching over all. She was the finest of parent, grand-parent and would have been the best great-grandparent; most of all she was the best friend anyone could have. Lucky me

I ordered 9 and 5 of them didnt come with the ribbon. The engraving turned our good except one had some scuffs on it. Overall for the price it was pretty good quality.

This was very pretty, and very light weight so would be good on any tree or display stand. The wording is a little faint, but not unexpected as it is white on clear. I would recommend it, and the price (on sale!) was very affordable.

Nice product. I was a bit upset about the Made in China sticker until I realized it peeled off. Delivery took a bit longer than expected. I received the email to rate my purchase before I received the item.

The product I bought was small.smaller than I expected but it is very nice I love it.

The ornament is a tasteful memorial to receive after the loss of a dear one. A few small details kept me from giving a 5 star: The ornament was thicker than I thought it would be.I had to clean the sides of the ornament since it had a white residue on each side. The personalization was too small, making it harder to read. I am pleased,although, because of the ease of ordering and the promptness of receiving the order.

These ornaments have more words so they don't look as off centered as the others. I am good with these.

The ornament is plastic and comes in a velvet bag with a string you will need to tie onto the ornament to hang. I purchased this as a memory gift for a lady in my church who lost her husband earlier this year. I didn’t expect it to be plastic (can’t remember if I read the full product details). The writing and designs are on the back and you look at them tough the ornament. Writing doesn’t look quite as good as it did in the picture, but not terrible. Overall a nice gift. Shipped very quickly.

The ornament is beautiful but it is very fragile. When I received my order two of them were broke so I called right away. The customer service was excellent and they sent me replacements right away for the two broken ornaments. They were very helpful. I only wish that the glass was thicker on the ornament so they would not break so easily. I gave each of my brothers one to remember our parents and one of theirs just broke so I now have to reorder a new one. I do have one suggestion, when these ornaments are shipped they should be shipped with bubble wrap around the ornament itself and in a box instead of in an envelope.

Very nice quality. I only gave it 4 stars because it was a little smaller than I anticipated. I purchased 4 of these: I would recommend this product.

Loved the message on this ornament. Thought the name and date I added would have been larger. Can’t hardly see it. Might want to think about using a larger or bolder font.

The etching on this is very difficult to see. You have to hold a dark item against the back of the teardrop in order to read it

I was very excited about this ornament based on photo on website, but was rather disappointed in the personalization--I had only 5 letters in the name & it was engraved so tiny, it is almost unreadable--date is 9 digits with hyphen & Name certainly could have been larger! This item shown on website showed a much longer name that fit on the ornament, but my engraving is VERY small.

this was very thin scared it will break

I appreciate the words on the Christmas Ornaments, but I assumed my late son's name would be engraved on the ornament not just taped to it. A confirmation email to verify that the product was purchased and would be delivered would help to avoid any discrepancies to ensure that the transaction was complete. I would like to place an order in the future because I like the products and the sentiments but next time I'll be more cautious when ordering.

Can’t hardly see the writing

The ornament came perfect. But I also added the gift box onto my order for 2.99 and didn't receive it. I tried emailing three times and can't get a response. So if you order something don't expect to get a gift box or a returned email about any problems
