The photo was zoomed in more than the preview.

This ornament is a great gift idea. The one I received is nice, but the lettering on the reverse side from the photo is not sharp and even looks a little blurry. If this part was improved, I would be 100% satisfied.

Absolutely beautiful!! Price of the item was wonderful. Price of shipping was insane. Í paid almost as much in shipping as I did for the ornament. I KNOW it doesn't cost that much to ship such a small item. I would not have purchased it if it wasn't such a special item. I got the cheapest shipping and it still took about 10 days to get there. I would have ordered so many more ornaments if shipping wasn't so ridiculous.

I wish the personalized name was clear.

I received 4 ornaments and 1 was smudged in the lettering really bad on the ornament and hard to read. The first 2 were perfect, the 3rd started to smudge and the 4th very smudged and hard to read. The flowers on opposite did shift in placement from one to the next.

The ornament is nice but the quality should be better for the amount charged for this. Shipping price is very high to be sent in an envelope.

Product seemed to be sloppily made with color bleeding over to the other side. Quality just okay. Will not order one again with a picture.

It was beautiful but much prefer the second one I bought which was the glossy one which I’d give a 5.

It was beautifully done except it had the words com upside down real tiny which idk where it would have even came from. I did check to make sure order was right but didn’t zoom in so didn’t see that mistake on ornament. I told them I was disappointed in it but they wouldn’t refund me. Make sure you zoom in when submitting order. I was really disappointed.

Picture on back of ornament very distorted. Would not order again.

I ordered the matte finish on the first one, and the dates were incorrect. I reordered and when with glossy and come to find out it's about an 1/2" smaller around. Yea, not gonna order from here again.

I love this ornament. Beautiful way to remember mom. Picture clarity is great.

After receiving the wrong item (someone else’s ornament with their picture on it), which was a memorial ornament for a friend as a gift, I was disappointed to wait on the phone a total of 2 1/2 hours (disconnected once and had to call back and wait again) to be told that this item is back ordered. I will receive a refund, but my friend will not receive a Christmas gift, and I won’t get back the colossal waste of time that I spent trying to fix this error. I will never shop here again!

My wife and I knew it would be bad when we heard glass clinking inside the package before opening. Upon opening, we did in fact find our memorial ornament broken into pieces. There were marks on the envelope that looks like boot prints or some kind of small tire ran over it. We understand these things happen in shipping, but I emailed the company immediately, and 4 days later, no response or resolution. The ornament design looked very nice (4 stars for it), so I hope this can be fixed in time to put it on the tree.

The picture sent was clear and has been printed perfectly many times. The ornament photo has orange streaks through it and looks awful. Very disappointed
