The ornament is beautiful, and just what I was expecting, and I've been ordering ornaments from this website for several years now. My only comment about doing ornaments on the site is not being able to "adjust" the location of the photo, on the ornament. Although there is some very limited editing possible, it's not what I'd like to have which would be being able to move my uploaded photo up/down, or left/right within the boundaries of the ornament, without having to use the "crop" option to do that which really limits what portion of the photo can be "centered". But overall, I am pleased with the end result.

I loved the customized ornaments! They came out beautifully. My only disappointment was that one ornament of the 5 ordered was missing the hanging ribbon.

The ornament is good quality with nice writing. However my photo which I know is good quality is blurry. Not sure if it’s due to the type of material it’s printed on. Still like it even with a blurry photo.

I love the ornament. I bought it as a Christmas present gor a friend of mine. The only issue I have is trying to get the picture adjusted on the site. The picture is too big on the ornament. Its too late to worry about it now.

I got this for my son and one for his mother-in-law and both loved the ornament. The only problem was one came with a drop orange on the front. We were able to get most of the mark off so you can't really see it.

Beautiful design and picture was placed beautifully. However, the writing is not in focus and a bit blurred.

I wish I had used a different font for the name...otherwise it is very nice

My brother recently passed away unexpectedly. Our sister-in-law is so saddened by her dearly loved husband. This Christmas Ornament that could be inscribed with his name, dates and his picture was a perfect gift for her. She loved it! I ordered 2 so she could have one at home and another in her shop. I would have given it 5 stars but it was difficult to get the picture placed correctly so the hole wasn’t in his head.

Very nice ornament, I wish I could have cropped the picture smaller to fit heart better but it turned out nice.

This is my 3rd one getting . My father just passed and I had an email with free shipping so I grabbed it. By mistake I bought one without the glossy shine. My other 2 had the shine . I like the shine better than the matte. I would recommend the glossy one

The ornament was nice except the picture was a lot darker than in the preview. It was almost too dark to make out the features.

Nice ornaments. Purchased as gifts for family members, however they didn’t arrive in time for gift exchange. Photo quality is good and ornament looks as pictured online. It is a nice size for an ornament. I purchased in the matte.

The ornament was absolutely beautiful and exactly as I expected and would definitely warrant a five star review. My only complaint was the shipping service used - Laser ship.

One of my ornaments had the wrong name and year. Just be careful when u print them. All other ornaments were perfect.

Turned out great. The photo finish was very glossy. arrived well packaged and on-time before Xmas. Wished I could have cropped the photo more so that the string hole would not be in the middle of their forehead. I hope my cousins like it too.

I liked this ornament. The photo, however, came out dark on the background picture. Other than that, it makes a perfect gift.

I ordered 10 to provide as thank you momentos for my mothers funeral. I paid alot for expidited shipping that even allowed a buffer day. The company fulfilled the order quickly. They chose to use fedex for the expidited shipping. Fedex not only failed but failed big time. Product that should have arrived in plenty of time, arrived after the funeral. Many had already left for their homes. It cost a signifigant amount to mail these and eliminated the personal thank you and shared stories.

The ornament is beautiful but very heavy. Not sure I will be able to hang on my tree because of the weight. I would suggest you put the fact that ornaments have weight to them or not. Other than that very nice ornament.

It came out very nice, however would have not done it glossy. It could be my photo but it came out a little blurry.

The saying is just perfect and brought many happy tears to the faces of my family whom I gifted these too. A beautiful memorial for our dear loved one.

I purchased this Ornament for my Christmas tree this year. Last year my husband and I lost our first son. It was a perfect addition to add a picture of him with a beautiful saying. The product is beautiful, the quality is amazing. However, the wording is a little bit blurry that is the only reason why I gave it 4 stars. Other than that, no other issues. Thank you!

Their ornaments are beautiful and I will definitely be ordering again. I would have given five stars if they would have centeted the photo better for me. It's very hard to do so when trying to make it on their website.

This is a nice memorial piece, which I will keep. I only gave 4 stars because 3.5 was not available— the draft shows an outline around the heart’s edge in red, the actual piece received did not have the outline, I believe this would have given it a more finished look & you wouldn’t notice the slightly blurry picture and writing. With all that said I still plan to gift the ornament to family in remembrance of their Dad.

The picture quality of my mom on the back of the ornament wasnt as good as i thought it would be. But it still made me cry cause its very beautifully made.

I paid extra for 2 day expedited shipping. I received the package 4 days later. They should not offer 2 day shipping if it is not available. The product is beautiful. The velvet pouch is very nice.

I was ultimately happy with the entire experience and product from personalization mall. Will be looking to them again for future gifts

This was nice but It was really thin.It could’ve been a heavier ornament. I would’ve been able to like to have written more on the personalization then I was allowed to.

Loved it.Bought one for my Mom's tree and one for our. The only complaint I have is that they dont have the option of saying "our hearts." Would've liked for my family's ornament to say "our hearts." Honestly the only reason I knocked off a star.

Printing is small, my Dad had trouble reading - however we may have tried to put too many words on this small design.

I ordered this ornament for my siblings and myself, so my mother who passed could still be a part of our Christmas for years to come.

Beautiful ornament shipping is too expensive: Yes the ornament is beautiful. The picture came out great and it’s a great addition to our tree. But with the shipping being 50% of the cost that is just a little bit ridiculous.

I ordered 4 of these ornaments for family, in memory of my mom. They are quite lovely and I hope they bring warmth to my family for years to come. The 4 star vs 5 is due to the fact that 2 of the ornaments had smudges baked into to the gloss that can’t be wiped off.

The ornaments looked amazing and the people I got them for love them. The only negative thing I have to say was the gift box was very cheep looking and not worth $5.99. Should have been more like 0.99 cents. So for that reason I can only give it a 4 star.

This brought my grandma to tears, she immediately put it on her tree. She told me she will keep this out even past Xmas, she said she will hang it in her room.
