Bigger than I expected its lovely but just so you know the candle is much smaller and no rocks come with . The light is an extra order but my friend absolutely loves it and that's all that matters

Engraving is hard to read The product is beautiful but the white engraving makes it very difficult to read. The rocks were not included, and it was not mentioned when I bought it. It would look very nice on top of a dark varnished wood plate.
I would have liked to personalize the whole message in a different language.

No stones included I purchased the hurricane candle holder along with adding the candle. I love the glass hurricane and the candle but I thought that the stones were included as in all of their pictures, there are stones in the bottom of the hurricane. Would have been helpful to know that I would then have to go out and purchase stones.

Finally got it right! This is a beautiful gift that I purchased for my nephew who lost his dad. Unfortunately they initially sent the product with someone else’s name and death date but when contacted they corrected the situation expeditiously.

Loved candle holder! Loved this hurricane candle holder but a bit disappointed there was an imperfection (bubble) in the glass! Engraving was excellent, and I added pebbles and flameless candle and this was a memorial gift I was proud to give!

Nice Memorial item By Shopper (Rochester, NY) - January 16, 2022 This is bigger than I expected… my fault for not paying attention to written dimensions. I still found a good place for it in order to honor my daughter. I would have liked it a little better if the writing was easier to read. Maybe if I put a dark colored candle inside the print will be more visible. Overall very pretty and I love that her name is on it.

Great memorial The ensemble was beautiful. However, I was disappointed that the brown gems/small pebbles were not included. It does not look complete without them. The description should specify this.

This is beautiful This is beautiful, unfortunately it arrived shattered. It came in a package not very protected. PM was quick to make it right and when it arrived the second time it was beautiful and appreciated. Why can’t it it be packaged and sent right the first time?

It is bigger and heavier than expected! This is a very beautiful candle holder. It is much larger and heavier that I anticipated. The only negative I would say is that the etching is hard to read. But it has been given as gifts and loved by all who receive it!

Nice This is the second one of these I received. The first the glass had blemishes in it. Customer Service was wonderful in getting me a replacement. I just received the replacement and I wa very pleased until i washed it and found a small chip in the rim of the vase. It's a tiny chip so I'm not going to fuss about it. But their product review department shoud step up their game. I have ordered 3 other vases before and rhey were beautiful had no issies. This was a very important gift to my husband.

Great Customer Service Hurricane Candle Holder arrived completely shattered. Thankfully customer service replaced it with no additional charges. They also expedited shipping so that the replacement would get here in time for my Future Mother In Laws birthday.

The item was larger then I expected. I was overall pleased with the product. It was a classy piece rather then something cheap and cheesy looking. It was packaged well to eliminate the possibly of breakage. I would shop at this location again if the need arises.

Heaven hurricane lamp This was a beautiful piece. I would definitely buy it again, it was thick glass. The only downfall was if you want to add anything inside besides a candle you need something for the candle to sit in so you can take the candle out and put it back with no problems.

Heaven in Our Home Engraved Hurricane Candle Holder By Shopper (Petersburg, IL) - January 5, 2022 The candle holder is lovely. It was larger than I expected. My suggestion would be to include a battery operated candle. The bottom of holder is narrow so you must have a candle that will fit holder.

Hurricane candle holder The engraved hurricane candle holder is of nice quality. The only thing I’m not too pleased with is the engraving is hard to see. It’s so lite and really doesn’t show up even with the candle. You really can’t see it at all. For it to really show up you have to fill the candle holder with something dark like dark tissue paper.

3 time was a charm By Shopper (Amarillo , TX) - January 19, 2020 First one was broke and not delivered on time after I payed $17.95 for shipping. And delivered to a UPS store not my house. Second one had wrong name engraved. Third one was correct finally after a lot of calls to customer service. They were helpful and nice . Just very aggravating when it’s for Xmas and you go thru this. Probably won’t order again.

Not very easy to read The quality is there for the candle holder. I just wish the engraving was easier to read. The letters blend into the glass. They should think about tinting the letters or the glass. We had to hold it up and keep tilting it to try to read the engraving, that was disappointing.

Does not illuminate as much as we wanted The holder sits on a fireplace mantle with a white background, which washes out the etching on it's face. The sales photo had a dark background which illuminated more of the etching on the front.

Mislead Both picture of glass memorial dome and picture ofcandle are displayed with stones around candle and bottom of dome. Ordered both items no stones included

 Came to me broken I bought this for a co-worker whose daughter passed away 2 years ago. So disappointed. The customer service rep Chervon however is 5 stars worthy. Lovely woman who helped save my disappointment.

Very light The writing is so light you can hardly make out what it says. I am very dissatisfied with it. It was supposed to be a gift now I'm not to sure.

Beware of bubbles ! Mine had a bubble near the lettering. INFERIOR QUALITY !
