EXCELLENT Customer Service I ordered three of these Engraved Hurricanes with the candles for family members in different parts of the country. Two of them arrived in perfect condition, but, one did not. I called Customer Service and a replacement was shipped out quickly, and, this time arrived in perfect condition. Engraved Hurricane Candle Holder I purchased this item for my daughter's boyfriend's Mom. She just lost her son about a month ago and I thought she would like this item. I am told that she loves it.
