In Loving Memory Personalized Memorial Photo Ornament Customer Reviews

I ordered 3 of these memorial ornaments to recognize a grandparent that passed away this year. The picture quality is so poor that there is no way that I will give these to my children. The actual ornament does not look at all like the preview---it is very washed out. DO NOT ORDER!

Would love to write a good review, but I never received my ornament.

I had ordered 6 memorial ornaments. The first one I opened was great. The second thru fifth were a blurry mess. The sixth one I looked at looked great. Was heartbroken at the general quality. On a plus note items arrived quicker than expected

I was very upset with one of the Ornaments . I have order Many of these ornaments over the years and I can say this is the second time i have not been pleased . Very upset with this one

The product itself is fine. The picture which was a pale picture of my Mom came out too dark and very red in face.

The worst customer service EVER. I would never order anything again from here. BEWARE!!!!!
