It is a difficult Christmas when you have lost a piece of your heart. This ornament came in the mail and made me both cry and smile. A piece of my heart will be on the tree this year. Caution - pay attention to the website for editing and placement! I had to try several different pictures before I found the one that fit best. I appreciate that the website was clear and allowed me to keep editing to find the perfect choice and it was indeed perfect!

I love it! Good quality product, picture came out beautifully, and it was packaged nicely.

I wasn't sure what the ornament was going to made out of, but it is a very nice ceramic with a glossy finish, the photo and printing was excellent, and there was a small background print on the back which when looking closely, were dog bones....so cute ! My mother in law is going to love this ornament of her two precious pups.

I must have missed the space to check that. Ours a metal which is fine.

We loved it but one small imperfection in it being slightly askew between front and back. They made a new one for us correctly without even asking. This will encourage us to patronize this business again soon. Very impressed.

I love my ornament. It came out perfect. Now I always have my precious boy on my Christmas tree, and it will stay out year round hanging in a special spot. Includes everything that I wanted: name, photo, dates, special message. My ornament did arrive broken, and I called customer service, they answered quickly and were very helpful and kind and replaced my ornament at no charge and with no hassle of returning broken item. This ornament is beautiful. The photo of Fluffy is clear, and he looks alert and healthy. The back sentiment “you left paw marks on our hearts” is spot on. The ornament turned out great! The photo was just how I selected and the writing on the back was nice. The colors were not as bright as I thought they may be but that's probably because it is made of wood and I actually liked the more muted tone better. The ornament came with a lengthy ribbon to hang it with. I would love to have an entire tree with nothing but these ornaments! The ornament I ordered was in memory of my beloved pet and I will be cherish it for years to come.
