I love the material, light and soft - but too short. My husband is 5'10" and the robe wouldn't even cover his knees. So he won't wear it. Very disappointing.

The embroidery is terrible. The name is so small and embedded into the robe that it is barely visible. Disappointing and embarrassing for a birthday gift.I could have bought a robe without the embroidery for a lot less money and it would have looked better than sloppy embroidery.

1 size fits all is just not so. This robe is too small for most average men.

Had to send it back, lettering was poorly done. Maybe the font was too narrow for the fluffy fabric.

I've always love a matching robes with my husband but couldn't afford it till this past Valentine 2-14-17.
Was finally able to purchase a set but was very disappointed because the robes are small, short n not enough room to snuggle. I'm stuck because I had both robes personalized with our names.

The arms of the robe were two different sizes bd when I called customer service they said they would email me link so I could show proof and they never did. I had to call back and was told the same thing. I am still waiting on the email.
