very happy ! i’ve never heard of this company before so i was skeptical. i paid for expedited shipping and it got here a day before it was supposed to. and the engraved chime was even more lovely in person. im SO excited for my mum to open it christmas morning. the quality of the wood and metal are amazing. very very very happy with my purchase :)

They have a nice variety which I’m partial to the bronze. The personalization makes them even more special. Very classy looking. I have given many as gifts and all recipients have been overjoyed! I didn’t have one until recently when I received from a friend after my dad passed away. I cried when I opened the box and saw the beautiful inscription and heard the tones. A forever gift I will cherish!

Wonderful Memorial Gift We have been buying these as gifts for our independent sales partners when they lose a parent. They are beautiful and a wonderful reminder of their loved one. They almost always respond to us in tears at the thoughtfulness of this special reminder. Flowers die, plants need to be watered and cared for. In Sympathy Windchimes This item is perfect; more lasting and has a positive impact on the family receiving it in lieu of flowers for their Mother who passed. I did not see the finished product, but was told they were very grateful and were surprised at the quality of the windchime (sent by their cousins, children of their Mom's sister.)

A perfect memorial I have given this memorial wind chime to friends and family more than a few times. Each time the appreciation is a balm to my heart. One example is when my brother & sister-in-law lost their son entirely to soon... & the wind chime’s tune has been a comfort to them each time the wind blows... they cannot thank me enough—definitely is a better condolence than flowers (in my opinion).

I’d seen memorial chimes from other vendors and too often the reviews stated they were much smaller than expected. They often include the strings in the length of the product. I was delighted that these were larger and more substantial than expected. I will definitely order again.
