Ordered this memorial wind chimes to be sent to my sister in another state when her husband died. I did not see what she got, of course, but over the course of a few days'conversations, I realized she did not receive the personalized feather for the windchimes in metal nor were they personalized. She had already hung them, not realizing it was not what I ordered and mentioned taking them somewhere to get the feather engraved. I was so upset. I had to tell her she did not get what I ordered. I called Personalization Mall and they sent out a new feather to her within 2-3 days.

We purchased 15 of these to give to family members at my mom’s memorial. The quality is very good. The only thing I would improve is if the engraving was on both sides of the wind catcher.

I haven't hung it up yet as it is a christmas present. But took it out of the box, and the chimes sound is pretty. I wish the tag at the bottom wasn't black, but I can live with it!

The Wind Chimes are very nice but you would’ve thought they would’ve printed on both sides of charm hanging at the bottom so you could see the name no matter which way the wind was blowing

After finally receiving my order, fed ex held it for 3 days in kennesaw GA, I was very happy with my purchase. One area of surprise was the inscription was only on one side of the wind chime clacker. Bought as a gift the recipient was very happy with it.

This was a gift for friends who's son passed away, so I did not see the product myself. Friends were appreciative so I am assuming it was nice.

I have ordered this item twice for friends who's mother have passed. I got to finally see it and it is nice but a little smaller than I thought. My only true complaint is that the last one I purchased took over a month to get to her.

Looks beautiful but haven't seen them hung up yet. Purchased 2 for friends who lost a loved one recently. I would have liked more guidance/recommendation for personalization, but that's no ones fault except me!! Would order again! Plus, can't wait to see them in action.

Given as a gift and the recirient liked it very much. Took too long to receive. Purchased on 5/30/20 recipient didnt get it till 6end of June. I understand that we were in a pandemic crisesbut it was coming from Ill. not China.

I recently ordered six identical items to be shipped to six different addresses in the US. I had to place six individual orders. If I could have combined all six in one order, I probably would have qualified for free shipping.

Very nice chimes. Very well made. Disappointed in the memory plaque that it was not made better. I hope it survives weather as I have it outside.

Was given to a family member after their mom passed away from cancer. Beautiful and perfect alternative to flowers or blankets.

Expected the color of the "wood" top to be a deeper brown. It was more reddish in color. The shipping on two wind chimes was as much as ordering another one. That was unexpected since the two wind chimes came in such a small box.

We love our wind chime, but we ordered it with a cross. It came without a cross.

I thought the personalized plaque hanging from the Wind Chime would be wood, like the top part of the chime. It's a hard plastic. Looks okay, but I would have preferred wood.

It was a gift so I can't personally say anything about the product. The recipient said it was wonderful and very special.

The item is a wind chime , however the disk displaying my loved ones name and date of death is flimsy and not the thick piece of wood the other same item ordered last year. I don't know if you changed vendors?

The wind chimes came very fast which was great. However when I opened to inspect, there was a permanent "smudge" on the personalization. I called customer service and they sent a new bottom which is the personalized part of the chimes, not the whole wind chime. It was correct and looked great, however, there were no instructions on how to take off the the original and put on the replacement. I figured it out but I do have to say, the knot I tied does not look like the original one from the factory so I hope it holds up and doesn't come apart. I think it should have come with instructions and therefore I am giving this 4 rather than 5 stars. If I find out it comes apart, I will call customer service and give another review.

This is a very beautiful item and the chimes have a wonderful sound. This was a gift I purchased for our best friends who lost a child. The only thing I was a little disappointed in was the engraving on the plaque. The "1977" on the inscription was very light and does not show up as well as the rest. I hope that the other letters and numbers do not fade too soon.

From my friends I have heard nice comments about their chimes. It's lovely in appearance and has a nice gentle sound like the audio sample on your website.They are pleased, just as I am too.

This personalized wind chime was a very nice memorial for a friend who has lost her mom. It was something different, but that would be a sweet reminder that her mom is watching over her!

This was a gift for a friend who's husband passed away. She lives in another state so I have not seen the item in person to give an honest review of the product. She did send me a message and thanked me for the "beautiful gift" and said her and her late husband love chimes. I'm just hoping it was nice. I thought the cost was very reasonable as was another gift I sent recently which was a business card holder for my son. He LOVES it! I am super happy to have found the Personalization Mall and plan to do all my engraved gifts here.

Memorial Winchime- able to personalize, mailed quickly, arrived nicely packaged! This wind chime has a beautiful deep tone and The personalization is beautiful and easy to edit before final payment.
My only request is that, I wish I was able to choose a "clipart" personalization for my wind- chime other then a cross.
A dove or a heart would have been better for this occasion.

THE QUALITY OF THE CHIMES ARE GOOD. I WAS DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SIZE OF THE CHIMES. THE DESCRIPTION SAID 27 INCHES WHICH I TOOK TO BE THE METAL CHIME ITSELF IS 27 INCHES BUT NOT TO BE THE CASE,,MUCH SHORTER THAN THAT. THE CHIMES ARE VERY NICE OTHERWISE.

the design of the chime changed from a couple of years ago. in the past was a wooden engraved piece at the bottom of the chime and now it is more of a metal and different color than the top. Looks okay (just not as nice), was just surprised.

This was a gift for a dear friend who lost her father. Her siblings were jealous of it's sound and the memorial chime plate. It sounds great and looks great - thanks so much for the SPEEDY personalized delivery!!

The chimes are beautiful and well made. The sound the chimes make is very melodious and pleasant. We love everything about this product, except we thought the personalization plaque would have been bigger, and the writing would have had more of an engraved look. Other than that, we really like the chimes and they are a perfect gift for our special friend who lost her son unexpectedly.

I have ordered several of the memorial wind chimes. Every recipient is pleased and enjoys it, as a constant reminder of their deceased loved one.
Recently, I ordered several more and 2 were not satisfactorily engraved. I called customer service, took pictures of the items and sent to them. The next day, I was informed that my items would be replaced, no problem. I always appreciate great customer service!!
