After a good cry they and hung them up immediately, said they were quality, very, very wonderful instead of flowers!

I was presently surprised with the quality of these wind chimes. They produce a great sound not tinny like some. Very substantial set. The only thing I was surprised by is how red the wood portions were. I was expecting more of a dark brown but it is def a dark country red. The engraving was perfect. My only suggestion would be engraving on both sides.

The Wind Chime with a personalized Memorial attached was even nicer than it appeared. It was, also, helpful to be able to listen to the chime on-line before making my decision.
