The final product is excellent. The process for ordering it is simple. Online support to answer questions is very helpful. I wanted 3 frames with the same engraved message. I ordered one to be sure the frame would meet my expectations since the other two frames would be gifts for a very special occasion. Very satisfied with the first one so reordered two more.
