The necklace is modern and in line with today's "look." Bought for my granddaughter's 16th birthday with engraving. The sterling silver pendant has heft for its size and the chain is sturdy while remaining dainty. Very pleased. Silver prices are rising.

The pendant is great, the chain is cheap and the fact that I ordered in plenty of time (according to their guidelines) my order arrived too late for the anniversary. The anniversary date was part of the engraving and still no one bothered to ever touch base with me. I had to call the company every time for an update and they tried each time to just tell me it was processing. I had to get upset with customer service before they actually did their job and tried to find out what the problem was. The problem….an engraving company had to engrave three times to get it right!!

The timing of the order and delivery was impressive. The product was what I asked for with the exception of the tiny scratches. Obviously this is a Christmas present for my daughter ??
