Beautiful and good quality. This was a gift for a anniversary. They loved it.

I’m writing to praise the exceptional customer service my family and I experienced. On my wife’s 54th wedding anniversary, we noticed an engraving error on her gift. I emailed customer service at 4:02 PM, received prompt instructions by 4:06 PM, and confirmation of a replacement by 6:32 PM. By 2:01 PM the next day, the new product was manufactured and shipped. This truly sets a standard for customer service excellence!

I was worried (based on the other reviews) that the engraved writing wouldn't show up, but to me, it did and it looked just fine! The snow globe itself was beautiful, and absolutely shown as advertised on their website. I forgot that it was also a musical box. When I first opened it, I was mad that the "Happy Anniversary" letters in the heart ribbon were facing AWAY from the engraved plate on the front, and so I turned the music box on to get it to turn back facing the front (since inside rotates), and now all is well! Oh, and it shipped super fast too.

The anniversary snow globe is perfect for my sister's 50th wedding anniversary. Your work is excellent as usual.

This made a wonderful gift for my Daughter & Son-in-law's 20th wedding anniversary. It's a beautiful snow globe. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the engraving is very light so doesn't stand out. It would be improved if it was a darker color so it was more visible. That said, I was able to have it delivered to their home on short notice, so the service was exceptional.

I bought this snowglobe as a gift for my aunt and uncle 50 wedding anniversary and love it. The only thing why i don't give it a 5 star is because the engraving is a lilttle hard to read. I wished it could give you more options to choose in the color of the letters to be engrave for example white or black to pop-up more. Besides that it is a cute iteam to give as a gift. I really love it.

Very nice snow globe, however the inscription is very difficult to read. Guess we’ll see how the wife likes it.

The globe is really nice. It plays a song and spins the heart. The only thing that was extremely disappointing is the lettering. Other reviews mentioned that the lettering is hard to see were correct. You have to hold the globe at an angle to see the message. It's a shame something so nice has the magic taking away because of something so simple. The ordering process was very easy and shipping was fast. They need a 24 hour period for changes incase you think of something better to engrave.

I ordered this for a 25th Anniversary gift. The product itself is very nice but the engraving is terrible. It is on a silver background and the wording is not deep enough to be able to read it. Very disappointed. I even sent a picture to Things Remembered, the lady that I spoke with was very helpful but the next day I received a e-mail that they could do nothing for me.
The engraving definitely does not look like the picture that the company sent. They wanted me to send it back but it was to close to the Anniversary to do so.

Very disappointed with the engraving on this item. This was supposed to be a gift for a 25th Anniversary. You cannot read the engraving unless it is put directly under a light. The globe itself is very nice but so dissatisfied with the engraving.
