Wish I could go to a store By Shopper (Pensacola, FL) - May 23, 2025 The frame was fine, the same quality I have always received from Things Remembered. I was EXTREMELY disappointed to stop in our local mall to order this frame and find out that it was now exclusively online. I HATE ordering things online, especially personalized items. I always could discuss and see examples of how something would turn out, such as shading and font options. PLEASE bring back the stores!!!!!!
