the frame and personalization is wonderful BUT i did not see he 8 x 10 size so i had to reorder the same frame i wanted in a 4 x 6 so i paid 2xs for the frame my fault but i paid now over $80 for a frame my bad ugh

The frame was fine, the same quality I have always received from Things Remembered. I was EXTREMELY disappointed to stop in our local mall to order this frame and find out that it was now exclusively online. I HATE ordering things online, especially personalized items. I always could discuss and see examples of how something would turn out, such as shading and font options.
PLEASE bring back the stores!!!!!!
