Received the item as expected, and I was impressed with the craftsmanship. The personalization was very nicely done and turned out very clear. Overall I'm pleased with this purchase! The only caveat would be the packaging. Although it arrived in a neat little pouch,(it's just me) it would have made a better opening impact in an appropriately sized box or case of some kind. Otherwise I'm pleasantly surprised & I'm certain the receiptant will love it! I chose expedited processing/shipping.

It is really special and I am so excited to give my gift! Maybe my font was too thin but I would have liked the back engraving to be deeper but it looks just like how I wanted it to! It is so nice!!

The quality of the bracelet is great. The engraving looks wonderful. However, it is EXTREMELY large and we are unable to remove some links to size it properly.
