I ordered this set a wedding gift to my niece. I was very pleased with this set. She loved it

I received the product and loved it. But had difficulty navigating their personalized engraving page. It was so frustrating and took me nearly two hours to get help from customer service. Above that it was sent to my old address that I know specifically I check my updated billing address and shipping. That was more frustrating. I had to drive to pick up my package! But I still give them 4 stars for the quality and work that was put in.
