You literally have to hold it up to the light. I purchased this for my in-laws in remembrance of their late son. If I can’t see it as a nearsighted person, there is NO way they will be able to. PM is not sending a new one, according to them this is the standard engraving. Shame on you! Especially considering this is something for a memorial. I can’t even see my late husband’s name on it!
