Not only did the album arrive on the date/day promised, the engraving was exquisite. The preview picture does not do the engraving justice. My son and his new fiancee were delighted with this gift. The extra expense for expedited delivery was worth the price, especially since I needed to have it in hand in 3 days! I have been very pleased with all of the gifts I have ordered from Things Remembered.
