Engraved Friendship Everyday White 5x7 Picture Frame Customer Reviews

I have ordered many products from this site in the past two years, usually on behalf of an organization. I have been very pleased with the quality of product, accuracy of personalization, quick service. This picture frame, however, looks cheap, feels cheap, and I am embarrassed to give it to the person for whom I purchased it. It is a $50 frame, and for that price, I expect better quality. Most disappointing is the acrylic covering that goes over the photo. I knew from reading the info about the frame that the covering was acrylic; I just thought it would be a quality covering because of the price of the frame and my past experience with Personalization Mall of sending me quality products. The acrylic covering blurs the photo underneath, feels cheap, and came with a mark across it. The frame does not have a good feel to it - or a good look. I don't usually write negative reviews, but this product left me no choice.
