Refund regarding my recent purchaseMy wife ordered a robe for me. Unfortunately, it wasn't stitched right with one sleeve longer than the other. I emailed customer support, and as advice sent them photographs of the issue. Within 24 hours, my problem was resolved. The agent Kathryn was very polite, patient knowledgeable, and issued after discussion with the supervisors a full refund to my credit card account. This speaks very highly of a company you can depend on for support in case your purchase does not need your satisfaction.
