I ordered this on behalf of my friend as a retirement gift for her doctor. The package (shipped directly to her) arrived safe and sound and once opened, she said it was just beautiful and rich looking! Loved it (I had shared a pic before)! Presented this to her doc recently and she relayed he was so very moved by this thoughtful gift - beautiful clock! A win-win all around for giver and recipient. Clock is well crafted and striking! Think the doc will embrace this for years to come and remember his long time patient who gifted this! I love this too but no one to gift to presently - but will remember for future gifting! Molly
