We have been giving out this same clock/frame plaque to our retirees for a few years as part of their gift to honor their service. The quality is great and the turn-around time is quick for the short notice I sometimes receive to get it ordered.

My gift was made of shiny hardwood with golden accents. It was beautifully engraved.

We've purchased these clocks several years in a row now and plan to continue in the future. Would recommend for others to purchase as well. Quality product with a speedy delivery.

This is a quality product that is an elegant and professional gift though a bit pricey. I do recommend this product. There were problems with two of the 16 clocks ordered, but this was quickly fixed and replaced.

We have used this item as a retirement gift for the last several years. It is a nice personalized item that provides our retiring employees with a beautiful momento of their service to our company.

The gift itself is nice, feels solid. It could come with better directions though on how to get the clock face out without damaging the wood case. I will say that the front engraved panel on the outside was put on a little crooked, otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.
