Nice and beautifuk product. It's heavy and construction is strong. Custom lettering is small hard to read and the music box is nice too. I wish that a musical box can be customized too. Overall, I love the product. You can change your picture anytime you want.

Very great quality, bigger than what I expected, great price… was tricky to put the photo in but once I got it, it looked amazing.

The globe is beautiful I just wish the engraving was a little darker so it showed up a little better

Review update: I received this globe initially with the air bubble but customer service replaced the item free of charge which was very considerate of them. I give it 5 stars and would use this company again.

I'll just make a comment by hiding my identity. This is a nice wedding gift for my wife. The specification of this item are what I expected. When my wife opened and saw what was my gift, she love this product/item right away. She also made her own comments about this product. What she suggested is to have colorful lights on this product for she can also see during the night when she lays down in bed or having a quite moment in the living room. This would also serve as a night light. Eliminating the darkness in the roon (bedroom or living room) when lights are out.I hope a new product like this one make some improvements by adding colorful lights inside.

There’s no instructions how to put a picture of the wedding couple in this snow globe. The engraving is so small and faint. You cannot see it. And the plaque falls off there’s no way to make it stick.
