VERY disappointed . This was a gift for a exchange student and we are so embarrassed that we are not going to give it to her. The writing font is so small you cant even read it . I would give this a 0 but they didnt give me the option.

Excellent quality. More beautiful than I expected with multi=colored rhinestones.
Only wished I had chosen a larger font size. A little hard to see. Engraving however, was superb.

I received the engraved Anastasia Clover Music Box that I ordered for a friend. First of all all the engraving was just as I ordered delivered when it was supposed to be delivered, so excellent customer service.

Secondly and most importantly, When I received it I was so impressed with the quality and beauty of the music box. It is so beautiful and I can't wait to give it to my friend.

My son got this for his girlfriend's birthday and he was very satisfied with his decision. It is a beautiful piece. I don't recommend using an exclamation pointing in the engraving after the letters L, I, d, ,N, or M. If you do, add a space between the letter and the !
