I purchased this item for my dad who lives in Virginia. Had it customized and shipped it to him without seeing it for myself in person. He was very pleased with it I was able to see it on a video call with him and it looks great! Better than I expected! In person I’m sure is 1000 times better and it didn’t take long at all for delivery.

The process was easy, the piece ordered was exactly as described and the receiver absolutely loved it. The rush shipping was also on point. Very happy with the overall experience.

Very easy to use systems When they saw there was a problem, they called me and fixed the problem. Just to add something I forgot. When I called them, they immediately picked up the phone and took action. They are incredibly fast The products arrived in very good quality.

I ordered three of these last minute and they arrived in less than 2 full days! Really quick processing and shipping time, and they look great. The globes actually spin which is a nice feature. The letters are a little hard to read--I wish they had a black fill in the etching, but other than that, they are great!

This is a heavy duty and well made item and not overly large, but just the right size to fit on a desk or a shelf for display. My son is going to absolutely love it!

It’s a very nice award. Perfect if you want something nice but not to big.

The world map is not fully accurate and the engraving is a bit pricey
