I received this silver heart box today. I bought this for my granddaughter's high school graduation gift. It is PERFECT! With the song lyrics I had inscribed on the top, I know she will treasure this gift for the rest of her life.

This is for my daughters wedding this year. I wanted it for her to put her wedding rings in. I love it and I know she will too!

The ordering process is wonderful! Seeing the item as you wish to have it engraved is most helpful and accurate. The jewelry box is quite shiny on the sides and well lined. The personalization is perfect. However, there are small spots all over the top. Maybe as it was engraved the metal landed on it?

Charming keepsake given as a "thank you" to a friend who helped my nieces during their first year in college. ... very nice.

I ordered several Personalized Keepsake Heart boxes and the top covers on the boxes seemed yellowish and/or tarnished compared to the shiny bottom of the boxes

Love the product, the only thing I had an issue with is that they put a big sticker on the back of item with the company’s name. It was very hard to take off without having to damaged it.
