Love the product, the only thing I had an issue with is that they put a big sticker on the back of item with the company’s name. It was very hard to take off without having to damaged it.

I received this silver heart box today. I bought this for my granddaughter's high school graduation gift. It is PERFECT! With the song lyrics I had inscribed on the top, I know she will treasure this gift for the rest of her life.

I love the jewelry boxes they both are beautiful and unique for both my sisters. I wish I knew about size dementions, I would have picked a bigger size. However I can’t wait to give these to both my sisters on Christmas Eve. They both say exactly what I need them to say from me!

The ordering process is wonderful! Seeing the item as you wish to have it engraved is most helpful and accurate. The jewelry box is quite shiny on the sides and well lined. The personalization is perfect. However, there are small spots all over the top. Maybe as it was engraved the metal landed on it?

The heart shaped, personally inscribed jewelry box was a perfect gift for a Sweet Sixteen gift. The problem that I had was worrying whether I would receive it in time for her birthday. It miraculously arrived a few hours before her party. The shipping details were confusing and unclear at time of purchase but the gift itself was perfect.

I ordered several Personalized Keepsake Heart boxes and the top covers on the boxes seemed yellowish and/or tarnished compared to the shiny bottom of the boxes

This is for my daughters wedding this year. I wanted it for her to put her wedding rings in. I love it and I know she will too!

We are giving this felt-lined trinket box to our granddaughter for her 21st birthday. The gift had to be sentimental and small. She's in the U. S. Navy stationed on an aircraft carrier so her personal space is limited! This can hold the precious pieces of jewelry she can't wear on deck/duty when in uniform.
