We were sent the wrong. The doll was a lot smaller than described.

In the picture, this doll looked like it was able to sit up and for lack of a better word, beefier. I was disappointed when I received it. It is very light weight and flat. I got it when it was on sale but even at the sale price, I don't think it was worth that. I've always been pleased with my purchases from Personalization Mall but not with this doll.

I specifically ordered blonde hair because the recipients hair is blonde I immediately notified Customer Service who without question apologized and offered a refund or replacement . Wonderful customer service.

The light pink Embrodrery is too light. I gave as a gift, was disappointed you couldn’t really see her name. Should have done it in green.
I will continue to order product and make sure I choose the color you can see.
