I ordered 5 stockings. One of them came in with the wrong name and color. Totally wrong item. I sat on hold for 45 minutes waiting for a customer service person. This was entirely their mistake. She said I HAD to upload a picture of the item. My technology is from work and I am not allowed to do this. I asked if I could text it as this is the only function I am allowed to do it. I asked about old people who do not even have this technology. She said that is the only option. She then hung up on me. SO... If I am going to have my item I have to order another one and be charged extraordinary amount to get it on time. Awesome personalization mall!!!
