I love the inscription on the mug. The glass a little heavy for everyday use!

Like the size and heaviness of the mug. Wish the engraving was a bit bolder to show up better with all colors of liquids behind it.
Must say -- the website and ordering were easy; the product arrived 3 days ahead of schedule.

I was very pleased with the product, very sturdy, elegant, and beautiful; the downside is that they forgot to include my personalized card, and there were no directions on box assembly .

My only concern is that the engraving is barely visible. Maybe a black engraving would easier to see on glass background or the white shading should be bolder.

This mug is heavy and large. Better use would be for beer or a cold beverage.

The name came out perfect. It looks really nice. But I didn't realize this was such a heavy glass. It's really substantial. I wouldn't want a coffee mug so heavy but maybe it doesn't bother other people.

The mug was as described. The process and mechanics of personalizing, ordering and delivery were perfect. My only issue is that the etching on the glass is a little light. I expected a bolder whiter etching that would stand out more. In order to read the etching you have to look fairly close.
Also, I didn't realize it when ordering but the cup is a right handed cup. This means that when held with the right hand the inscription is facing away from you. Since this is a personal inscription that has meaning to me I would prefer it to be facing me when I drink my coffee. It would have been good if they gave you a left handed/right handed option to make you think about which way you want the inscription facing.

Watch carefully to see what side things are printed on. I ordered mugs for my daughter's wedding and they were printed as shown in the picture and came very speedily, but I feel the text is printed on the wrong side for a right handed person to see and enjoy when using them. That was a big disappointment. Otherwise they are good quality and the service was very speedy.

Only one side is personalized, the etching is not that great... Having said that; it was shipped to me safely packed and it did not take forever to arrive.

I can barely read the text on this glass mug. I really wish I could could have selected different color fonts on this product. Now I'm stuck with 5 personalized glass mugs that I seriously doubt I'll give to my family for our annual vacation. Sad too because I buy from here every year
