I purchased this bracelet for my granddaughter. Based on the price, I wasn't expecting it to be top quality. But upon receiving it, I was completely shocked. The quality FAR EXCEEDED my expectations. I'll definitely be a returning customer.

The bracelets were very cute and what I expected. They were both delivered in a velveteen bag, but one bag was small (which I’d prefer) and the other in a larger velveteen bag. Bracelets are both small and same size. I would’ve liked the bags to be the same.

The product itself is very cute, but the engraving came out tinted or colored, so it’s not the clean silver you see in the photograph. I had two lines engraved on the back and each line has a different color. It’s fine for a 7 year old, but I was disappointed.

I ORDERED THIS FOR A FRIEND, HOWEVER I WISH IT WAS BIGGER WAS HARD TO GET ON AND OFF IS MADE FOR A CHILD NOT AN GROWN PERSON.

Beautiful! The website makes it look like it's two but it's the back and front shown.

The bracelet is nice. The heart is extremely tiny & you can barely see the inscription.
