The pen writes well. It has a good flow of ink onto paper. I bought this as a gift and I am very disappointed in the personalization. I CANNOT see the name engraved on the side. I can feel it. I just can’t see it. I’m not sure I like this as a gift. Somewhat embarrassing. The engraving does not show as well as pictured.

They had a fast delivery rate. Easy to order. The only thing I don’t like is the names on pens are so light you can barley see it.

I purchased for a coworker who has been great to me. And man I expected a nice pen. I took it out of its holder and couldn't believe what I saw. The choice colors didnt matter because you can barley read the name & it appeared the long name was just squeezed on it. My coworker is so giving so just the type of guy he is Im ok with giving it to him. Maybe if i read more about it before buying it.

I got the pen for a gift and I think the pen could have been monogrammed better than it was and that is the reason for the 3 stars.

Unfortunately, not all the letters/numbers engraved so the wording is incomplete.

I was excited to order this personalized pen for my grandmother as a gift to put inside her personalized pen holder and to do her crossword puzzles. Too bad she couldn't see the writing on the pen due to the writing being faded. I sent pictures and explained the issue to customer service via email as I was directed after I called customer service. They asked me to send more pictures and after doing so they stopped responding.

The engraving was awful. A huge disappointment because you could not read it. It’s an embarrassment but I have no choice I still have to use it too late to order it again.

I ordered this in silver lettering on black. My dad got this as a gift and thought it was just a regular pen because he could NOT see the personalization. It’s far too dark. Disappointed. Feels like wasted money.

Got this for my mother for Christmas. The custom writing was hardly visible. I had to tell her it was inscribed. She then had to lean over into the light to make out what it says.very disappointed.

I bought 18 of these pens with personalization for Christmas gifts. The personalization looks nothing like the preview. The preview shows the personalization as being silver in color. It actually came out with a brownish tone. It was too late to return these for refund as it is getting closer to Christmas. I spent close to $250 on these pens only to be disappointed with the presentation of it. I also had to return one for a font mishap, only to reorder and pay extra for expedited shipping.

I was very disappointed with the ink pen it looked very cheap. And I got it for my brother in law that is a lawyer.
