I received my order, which is a gift I had personalized and need by Saturday, so I paid for express shipping. It wasn’t carefully packaged at all, it has damage all over, and looks like it might as well be a used product. This is completely unacceptable, I’m going to have to apologize for the condition it arrived in to the recipient! Had it arrived undamaged, it would have been very cute. I’ve reached out to customer service and will update my review.

I got it personalized and the writing is already coming off

This product would be great if the company would properly package it for shipment. I received this product bent the first time, because it was shipped in a white flexible envelope with poppers. I contacted Personalization Mall and requested another one, which they shipped out at no charge, but I requested the 2nd bible be shipped in a box. They shipped it in the same type envelope as the first time, and this bible arrived with a gash on the front from where the shipper ran over it or something (there's no other explanation I can think of that would damage it that badly). Finally I requested a refund because I needed this for my daughter's birthday and I kept receiving nothing but damaged bibles. Poor experience with the product itself but the company gave me a refund with no question after I sent them photos of the damage. (2nd bible photo attached)

I ordered the white bible with pink print. The color was not consistent throughout the name and it looked blurry. I’ve been told that this is how it comes out. Not Happy! I ordered one 4 years ago when the names were engraved, much better. In order to save on their end, they have lost a customer.

Kind of disappointed... I bought for my daughter first communion the cover is very thin. I thought would be thicker or with some cushion once is made for children :-(
