My wife and I have been married for 48 years. Each Christmas, we buy a dated Christmas tree ornament to celebrate another year of marriage. In some recent years, we found some ornaments during international travel that were very appropriate from a memorial perspective but weren't dated, but we bought them anyway with the intent to add dated tags to them later. Since those purchases, I've looked for suitable tags without success. These fit the bill perfectly, and will bring our dated ornament collection up to date (no pun intended).
