The snow globe looks awesome. However the engraving is very small and hard to read.

The snow globe was perfect! However the text on the personalization plate was barely visible.

After receiving the item. I couldn't even see the engraving. They sent me an email address to send pictures to. They emailed me back saying that's how it's supposed to look. You can't even see the engraving. Super disappointed. It's like stealing . Terrible Terrible Terrible
