The frame was exactly as advertised in size and quality of materials and the engraving. It arrived in a timely manner and the price was fair. I am generaly leary of mail order companies, but I would use this one again.

I love this frame! The quality surpassed my expectations! I was afraid we would not be able to change the pictures, and you can. I cannot wait to give it to my son and future daughter-in- law!

I ordered this frame for my son and his girlfriend’s engagement and it was perfect! They don’t live near me so PM personalized it and even put in the picture I sent them. It was shipped straight to my son in just a few days. It was the perfect gift! I will definitely be using PM again!

Loved it except for one small issue, I wish it had come with class in the frame, this was very disappointing, thank goodness I had extra frames that I could take glass from. Otherwise a great buy and beautiful frame
